Isn't this one of the first times a western movie has been extended in the era of limiting foreign films?

Pre-sales for this weeks' big openers, Naruto and Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon 2(Friday) don't look that good to be honest. Naruto will be plagued by Piracy.... Early WOM for CTHD are Mixed. Some hated it saying it is boring, and has less commercial value than the big 3 but better artistic value, some loved it saying it is better than Reign Of Assassins(2010), and more action packed than CTHD(200). Friday we will get to see a more accurate WOM and scores. Edited February 17, 2016 by TigerPaw

POTUS 2020
Naruto at 9.8m will do 20-25m on 14% of shows Panda may take a 15-20% hit to 10-11m The big 3 -15-20% again today. M3 could be 25%+ CTHD2 and 3 other small releases will take 30% of shows tomorrow. It's ahead in pre-sales but will lose to MM.

New openings are taking showtimes from Macau 3, MK2, doesn't affect Mermaid that much. PS: Btw CTHD2 is a co-production, partly produced by Weinstein Company and Pegasus Taihe Pictures. keysersoze123
Is Naruto direct competition to Panda. It dropped hard today. Tomorrow its losing more screens and could drop again. So 1B could be at risk for it.
