Are you sure ?   You cant use the same MD/OD ratio.

 

1990 says less than 50k shows today (and around 20m yuan midnight).

Only 15700 screens support 3D and TF4 has to share them with Maleficent and other holdovers.

 

My show only comes this evening.  So exicted to see such a bad movie.

So TF4 is being weakened by no 2D release and less showtimes/screens!

55% of current is more than twice bigger than summer 2011. Point is TF4 could have got more screens with 2D copies.

 

TBG will benefit from TF4 soldouts. Plus it seems to have good WOM. Old distributing strategy from Enlight: IM3 vs So Young, Dad vs Monkey King, TBG vs TF4. But they always succeed.

Rough screen numbers on Friday:

 

TF4 ---- 50000+ (incl md)

TBG ---- 25000+

Male ---- still has 6000+

Zila ---- 2000

 

For TF4 to hit 200m+ OD, the PSA must be very high, like 90+(93) people per show. TF3 had 99 on OW. TMK OD PSA was 83 being a holiday.
