Saw Stormtroopers at 3 different theaters.

Saw some pics, but didn't believe it considering China rarely shows previews before movies.

I guess so, I watched Mojin in a small theater because no good seats left in the (better) one I usually go to.

 

Bad sound, uncomfortable seats, no trailers and Mojin was not great.

HK:81% of JW

Taiwan:38% of JW

SK:65% of JW

China:??

 

These four markets have most similar tastes, let's hope SW7's global success helps it gain more awareness in China and Disney 's marketing delivers.

Mojin is heading for 300m+ right. Can it become the highest grossing movie ever in China? It's days seem huge.

Not surprised as they do have potentially 5 Star Wars movies coming out in the next half decade. A good foothold for the franchise could net them insane returns.
