If you say that the general income is 3,5k and tickets cost 6$...Will the income % follow the ticket increase also? I think you have a pretty wild ratio here..Our averege income here is around 40-50k.. And tickets costs 14-20$

As you konw, there are many new screens and cinemas built in China.The investments of moden screens and cinemas are quite high, so the prices of tickets couldn't be very low.

I understand..I just think that 10$ in a few years are too much for people who makes 4-5k a yearI hate paying 18$ and i make 10 times that amount...

There are tens of millions of people whose income is over 10,000$ in China now, especially in those big cities.

The Hobbit will be released in 2013 and it can reach 200M easily I think.

60M should be accompished in its first week (weekend).ROTK trilogy is one of the most adored and watched movie in China history.It has native 3D and 48 fps, and there will be about 15K screens (double that of TF3) when it released. It is the biggest movie ever since AVATAR. It is unthinkable of it doesnt beat TF3 in China. I think it definitely could challenge Avatar here.
