From 160+M to maybe 300M...When was the last time a franchise experienced that kind of jump?(not counting Nolan's Batman or Abrams' Trek )

Don't know but I wouldn't be surprised if the answer is Bond.

What's the more disappointing situation for Dreamworks?KFPanda2 or Guardians?

This comparasion is not right. KFP3 will happen and KFP2 was huge OS and did 165M DOM. Rise is a flop everywhere.
