It's not about the basis. I've spent too much time on IMDB, where it's more polarised than Election 2012. It's constant JLaw cheer leaders 24/7, countered by Riva supporters who're being forced to work double overtime.

Aside from the slow scenes with Cate's character in the hospital, Benjamin Button is one of my favorite films of the decade. I think it's easily Fincher's best film (and that's saying a lot). I was incredibly moved in the end.

Aside from Alien 3, I think it's his worst. Beautifully-made, but that script? Oof.

Agreed. I think it's beautiful. I really need to rewatch it though. Only ever saw it in theaters.
