Recommended Posts

Last year since I didn't see any of the acting noms I was thinking during the clips who I pick based off of them.I went:Actor-I liked Oldman and ClooneyActress-All of them looked good outside of CloseS. Actor-Kenneth, Plummer and Von Sydow seemed the weakest from there clips actually.S. Actress-I think I liked Spencers the most. One of the worse for clips was Gladiator-they showed the ending of the film for Pheonix.

Lincoln is a toughie.I was upset in 02 when they didn't have clips. Same in 08.Amusing ones:Matt Damon for Good Will: you see him going "Screw off" and his lips clearly didn't match.Sharon Stone for Casino: Don't quite remember it but you can tell she said the F word in it.I think it was Johnny Depp for Neverland-but I remember they started with one scene but chose another one all of a sudden.I remember Kate Hudson had a really bad scene they picked for her. But don't worry that she lost she will win someday oh wait...(Yes people were saying that back in 2001)

Here's my thing with Deniro.  It is like Streep.  I mean 1980?  I was born in 1980.  It's been 33 years since Deniro won an Oscar.  Are you telling me in 33 years Deniro hasn't given an Oscar Worthy Performance?  Sure Crying on Katie might of been too much but I'm in Deniro Camp now.  Tommy does deserve it too but he was more or less going through the motions in "Lincoln" where as this was easily one of the better Deniro performances in a while.  Mind you this decade he's been basically taking anything.  So I actually want Deniro to win now.

Wow, I grew up on Deniro and I don't think I've every seen him this emotional.  It worked on me, give him the Oscar. Plus I loved him in SLP.  It's been 33 years.  God Forbid if something happens to Deniro the Academy will regret not honoring him one more time.  This is about his Iconic Career.  Deniro deserves a 3rd Oscar.

Can you guys shut the fuck up about DeNiro crying? I'm not a big fan of SLP (it's fine) but DeNiro's performance in that film was immensely sincere. Look, this guy is a legend and has been in some of the best films of all time, and him breaking down on Katie Couric did not seem fake at all. This film obviously meant a lot to him, and I'm disgusted at how some of you are laughing at him (Jack Off). One day, if you're ever famous and are suddenly overcome with emotion by an unexpected question, I hope no one makes fun of you for it. Ridiculous.

Youre "disgusted"?lol

De Niro hasn't been anywhere near as irritating this season as David O. Russell. Ugh, someone needs to beat the shit out of him. He thinks he's made such a fucking masterpiece that he is OWED an Oscar. That talking to the president about mental illness bullshit with Bradley Cooper was ridiculous. And of course, his face at BAFTA.

According to Moore, Burnat texted him for help after being detained. "Apparently the Immigration & Customs officers couldn't understand how a Palestinian could be an Oscar nominee," Moore continued.

F***ing Jew-loving Yanks.
