It's usually a two hour show when broadcast here. Many of the techs are shown being given out in like a montage because it's never live anyway.

Do you think Argo will win again at the Baftas? I'm kinda turning against the movie, as much as I liked it

Shit, Affleck even got an acting nomination so it could definitely happen. Between him and Lee for director. I would say Haneke had a shot because BAFTA are usually kinder to auteurs like him, but they changed their voting system to be just like the oscars this year so that's less likely.

I like the BAFTAs, they usually make much cooler choices (like when Drive and Tinker Tailor getting Picture nominations and Fassbender getting an acting nomination last year) but a lot of the time they're worse than the oscars when it comes to nominating a movie everywhere when they have a hard-on for it.

He got an acting nomination? Huh? I mean, he did a good acting job in Argo, but best actor nomination?! And Alan Arkin over Leonardo DiCaprio. Shame on you, British Academy of Film. I though the british had a better taste

I love Leo, one of my favourite actors and should have won an Oscar by now, but I don't think his performance in Django was anything special.

But yeah, nominating Affleck is a disgrace.
