PoA is the better film, but DH1 is more enjoyable to watch, which gives it a slight edge.

Prisoner of Azkaban is actually one of my least favorite of the films... and Deathly Hallows I is one of my favorite. So, I'll choose that one!

I did vote for POA. But actually you can't compare them. Prisoner of Azkaban was a single story or a single book. But DH P1 was the first half of chapters from a single book. So technically you can't compare them.
