    Its a good film. The aliens were great. The destruction and the way the panic was done was fantastic. I hated the son though. Some of the most pointless scenes ever. B+

    Pearl Harbor is a 3 hour movie of a hilariously bad romantic sub-plot between people so bland its hard to take the movie seriously. The attack itself is okayish I suppose, but its easy to pick out modern US destroyers in the harbor without even trying. The CGI is a bit outdated. The battleship sinking scenes were decent. According to Hollywood, apparently Hawaii in 1941 had no Asian people at all. Music is the only half decent thing in this mess of a movie. C-

    I don't think it'll increase. Enchanted and Tangled dropped 9.9% and 5.1% respectively on their first saturdays. I think we'll get something like 6% drop.

    Finally saw it. Excellent film. Acting was all top notch from everyone, though the guy who plays Peeta I can't say i care much about him. Lawrence was fantastic. The people who played Finnick and Johana did pretty good. You really had a sense there really was a world there, Peacekeepers, starving districts, rich glamour of the capitol. Awesome costumes. Music was okay, was only prominent for me in the District 11 scene. The tv host is my favorite guy. A-

    The last ten pages read like a suicide message. For a bit of perspective, 140-150m OW is massive for a 2D film in November.

    Sellouts here are gaining steadily, but not enough to overtake IM3, much less TDKR last summer. Maybe its just the wrong season.

    Okay, if I were you, I wouldn't take her opinions about movies seriously after that. How anyone can think TASM > SM or Incredibles is beyond me.
