I went to the movie theater to see what movies were playing. I thought about going to see Eddie the Eagle but...I didn't feel like spending $10 on it. Oh, well. There's always London is Falling next week. -

I think it was mostly good even if I didn't feel satisfied by that ending. Maybe it's because I don't like evil winning or maybe because I just felt like the movie just ended, I don't know. Also I had some difficulty understanding the dialogue so when I get the Blu-ray and turn on subtitles, I might raise the grade. But for now, it's a solid movie that was creepy and effective until the ending. B -

I don't think they'll affect the critic rating system. Remember, RottenTomatoes has competition (Metacritic) and a reputation to uphold. If it starts to get criticism that it's owner is influencing the RT score to be more positive then you'll see backlash especially since it's very easy for people to see whether or not a film deserves to be fresh or not. It's just a culmination of reviews after all and while you can agree/disagree if a review is positive or not, not enough to the point where a movie's rating should change significantly. -
You can still bask in success and congratulate others. The club thread still exists-just because it's locked doesn't mean you can't celebrate if it succeeds.

Hopefully not. Hopefully FOX will have learned from how it handled Wolverine (breakout X-men character, overused to the point where it hurt his box office appeal). There is such a thing as too much of a good thing.
