  1. 6.1m OW for Wolvy. Meh.Was expecting around 7m.
  2. That's pretty spectacular. WoM has been incredible for it - so many people on Facebook are posting about it!
  3. Given 3D it probably should've opened a bit higher but I had a feeling it would be near Origins as I wasn't really feeling any hype for it.
  4. Wolvy 09 opened to AUD1.3m OD - pretty much expecting a repeat of this.
  5. Going with $468m OS for now. Will most likely change though.
  6. No. No I don't think you'd actually want to :S

  8. Universal were only expecting $23m for DM2???!?Damn they need more faith in their movies!
  9. How do really realistically expect that to happen?
  10. Wow. A pretty solid weekend overall. Dat drop for The Heat
  11. I'm sorry but that's a ridiculously huge increase.

  13. And my point was directed mainly towards that one (and ones in the past).
  14. Beyond me. People probably think failed films = right to hate on him.
  15. That's obviously not what I meant. By all means spend $100-150m, heck ill even go $200m. But I'm sorry, $250m-300m was just plain ridiculous.
  16. Big budgeted films are ok if the film property is big itself. There's no point in giving $250-300m+ to John Carter and Battleshit when there's no guarantee on return.
