  1. That's really interesting I think, and really american. I've read all of those stuffs on the crazyness in theater in US. In France, seances are pretty quiet, except for comedies. There is almost no applause at the end of the movie, etc. It doesn't mean movies are bad... I have watched A Monster Calls in a en empty theater and it still was amazing because of how good the movie was. That's this I experienced. Because I don't care about the reaction of the others, I can have my own experience.
  2. That's such a pain to write in english for me lmao. I don't even know if what I'm writing is understable or enjoyable to read... Can you give me advice from the summary of Runaway ?
  3. Wait... You're serious ? You're only seeing movie that rules at the box-office. Wow, you're surely missing the best films of the year every year. I mean, my favorite film of 2017 is A Monster Calls despite it was a big bomb.
  4. It is tracking ok in France. Probably will be able to reach the top 10 of the year here (not in the Lucy level tho, something like 3m admissions and $25 millions seem possible... maybe a bit less I don't really know (Lucy did $43m without 3D). In Europe I think it's gonna be the same as in the US. It's gonna bomb hard. The only chance of this movie is China. If it really does well there (like $100m) then maybe Europa Corp will be able to make a partnership with local studio if they want to continue to produce big film of this kind.. Or even everything with a budget bigger than $60m... My current prediction is US : $36 million (14m$ opening) OS : $150 million WW: $186 million
