  1. Some other site lists 148 minutes. Got it from reddit though, so grain of salt, because outside of the Avengers films, the MCU films are usually between 120ish-130ish.
  2. If they were really wild and brave and stupid, they'd film and release by December like the original two films, lol.
  3. Just gotta deal with him until aprox February 2023 if Google is right, unless he steps down.
  4. Aside from looking noticably cheaper in the animation department, the only really completely ass looking character is the dog. Looks like its ripped from Hoodwinked.
  5. And I think that's the first time I saw a politician mention something being woke.
  6. It's sad and upsetting. Disney and Universal both need to do more. Chapek is kinda, sorta, maybe starting to with his comments yesterday, but again, needs to do more. He's getting shit all over valid reasons and if he can learn from these issues, he could potentially build himself up, but I'm not holding my breath. All in all, this is just another chapter in the saga showing us companies are problematic. The upside to this, if there is an upside, is that the people coming out against Disney may end up rising up the ranks of Disney to where they get to make decisions in the future. As they say, out with the old, in with the new.
  7. Plus if they move it to November, it'll match Thor; Ragnarok's release schedule. Keep the Doctor Strange the theatrical release of the summer as its likely going to do considerably more than the original, and people will have had Moon Knight, Ms. Marvel and She Hulk leading up to it as well.
  8. And it was originally Taka in early prequel books for the original film. Please movie gods, if you hear me, somehow work "He Lives in You" into the film.
  9. The remake pretty much had Scar dropping hints about his and Mufasa's origin at a few points. That was now clearly a set up for this prequel.
  10. For those in the know, around what time did Disney lose/sell the rights to Dimension and Miramax off?
  11. Yeah, that's the thing, Iron Man kept on making steady appearances, becoming a beloved pop culture icon and being the kick-off to what's arugably the biggest franchise of all time. Outside of a few hardcore fans, Avatar is remembered as that one movie with CG blue cat aliens that made an outrageous amount of money. . . . it's been near 15 years since the first. Avatar 2 has a 50/50 chance of being delayed for two more years. Disney owns both all the same. . . .
  12. We haven't really seen footage from Avatar 2 yet and some people got tired of the constant delays and re-scheduling.
  13. When Fallen Kingdom's opening weekend came, lot of people here were predicting anywhere from 70-80 million. That didn't happen. This one, this one is going to be an absolute monster. But, if the rumors are true, how big a monster it will be will be all reliant on how well Doctor Strange does.
  14. This is almost as bad as that time Universal opened a Wolfman remake in February instead of OCTOBER.
  15. Having no Scrat in an Ice Age movie is like having no Minions in a Despicable Me movie, lol
