I know that it doesn't show much but it gave me chills. I know that i shouldn't be excited for a 35 years old sequel to a classic masterpiece but the whole crew behind this and the look and feel of the teaser got me pumped.
My most anticipated film of 2017 probably.
101.6m OS / 159.6m WW

It did OK considering the budget but it's still a disappointment and a franchise ending.
Such a great trailer. Dawn was much better than Rise imo. Deeper and more mature.
This one looks like it's following the same path even though i'm a bit concerned that it does feel like it's recycling a lot of stuff from the previous film.
I'm watching it either way since it looks awesome and i can see it grossing a bit more than Dawn.
This movie is incredible. Not for everyone but it's easily my favourite of 2016 so far.
I obviously haven't seen most of this year's Oscar contenders but i strongly doubt anyone can match Isabelle Huppert's tour de force performance.
Looks beautiful to me. Of course it's Scorsese so i'm in no matter what.
The depressing story and all that didn't hurt The Revenant or Unbroken or even The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (not a great example i know) much.
I don't see it doing blockbuster numbers of course but given the decent budget it could do some fine numbers (50-60m dom).
This always sounded like an idea that could go both ways but this trailer definitely picked my interest.
I'm a huge fan of the original and this brought back so many images.
I was surprised to see that this opened with 24.4m in China. It's made 69m OS so far and 90m WW.

That's a surprising increase over the first one. We'll probably get a new one in a couple of years.
Nice job mr Statham.
