First bolded sentence is true. But I enjoy sidequests and world building stuff so I can't fault it too much, tbh. On the second, nah, I believe both to be true but I don't think the second one is necessarilly a consequence of the other. -
It has huge relevance. Canto Bight appears as a sidequest for the heroes to get what they need to save the day and ends up being a major mistake that costed hundreds of lives. It's all part of the deconstruction TLJ expertly manages and that has fanboys' panties in a twist. It's a huge adventure film trope being wonderfully subverted.

I guess it was more of a personal thing. After the tone Apes and X Men have, Black wasn't what I was expecting for Predator.

I enjoyed them a lot. I actually expect The Predator to feature a precocious child and barely veiled contempt among the male co-stars. My favorite Black film by far is Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, tho. Personal top 10.

I finally got a chance to watch this. Very funny. Very heartful. A great film. The theater was half full and people just loved it (specially the drama teacher and Buster Bluth). Too bad this movie didn't exist 20 years ago. -

I don't get this argument tho. If they can earn those amounts why should they give them up on behalf of a corporation? Netflix obviously thinks their labor is worth it. Also, visible examples of equality matter.

And that was propaganda. Someone is not an extremist or a stable genius just by label. Really taking things too far beyond a compromise suck. As a Latin American, I'll stand by that extremist left can be as evil as extremist right anyday. It's not my fault American politics are so fucked that your left would be center everywhere else.
