    Not that It really matters much but the black adam trailer released on both the main WB channel and DC channel at the same time and both accounts had 600k likes after day one. 
     

    and like are we really gonna compare the two trailers when Vulture showed up in the first teaser for Morbius giving fans the illusion this movie might connect to the mcu. 

     

    Also, if Black Adam is as bad as morbius is deserves to flop.

    The trailer was very underwelming after years of promises, and it straight up flopped in views. 

     

    For pretty much all movies trailer views doesn't matter much, but for an SH movie having low numbers? That's bad.

    The main trailer from the WB account has done like nearly 22m views on YouTube and it released at the same time on the main DC page as well that day and that account has 6.3m views. I wouldn’t say thats great by any means but it’s definitely not terrible for dc standards. On Twitter the views were definitely lower though.

    I would be surprised if BA opened to less then 60m if they opened Shazam to 53m.
     

    Don’t get me wrong, Shazam was great and I’m not expecting BA to be nearly as good but I heard it has big action in the movie and has the rock to market it so I’d be surprised if they couldn’t at least get it to 60 OW.

    It’s easy to pile on Ezra atm, so any articles that can generate a lot of clicks are gonna happen. I’m not gonna comment on any of this stuff anymore till more info comes out. It’s obvious Ezra has some issues they need help with but to what extent I have no idea.

    This is a comic that the director of the movie illustrated, I believe it was canceled now for obvious reasons.

    Ya, that’s what I’m hoping they do, just add on a scene at the end or whatever.

    If Ezra wasn't the lead, this was savable.

     

    If Ezra wasn't literally the name of the movie, this was savable.

     

    If Ezra was unrecognizable in the movie (aka, he's Deadpool so you never see the person), this was savable.

     

    But Ezra's not.  So this will tank.  And if no one watches it, you still can't start a new universe.  So take the plans for that universe and apply them to another movie (like Disney and Sony both played in the multiverse to set it up) like Superman 2 or The Batmen (yes, rip off the Spidermen graphic novel and do it:), if you want to get the new path off the ground...

     

    And if it were me, I'd also cut my losses and go the HBO Max route.  

    Not my money, so doesn’t matter to me what they do. But I don’t think as many people care about this situation as you think and will still see the movie. Only time will tell, we’ll see when it releases. 
     

    I also expect Ezra to be replaced by the end of the movie so going forward they’ll have a new flash.

    Nah, it’s not. This movie is basically setting up things going forward for the universe. That’s why this stuff that’s happening with Ezra is bad for all involved. Hopefully they get the help they need.
