Unrelated to the movie, but I feel your pain, I had two exams in the last week, both of which I failed. I'm taking them again next week and I'm shitting myself already, lol. Good luck! Also, trailer looks spectacular, while Frozen isn't my favourite WDAS movie of the last decade (all hail queen Moana, the ruler of Disney, next to TLK and BaTB), I still like it and the epicness of the trailer is just spectacular.

Yes, of course, but people that made BaTB actually took some effort, even just to reshoot it scene-for-scene. The sets in the movie looked gorgeous, the singing and acting were good, even the new songs were really great. TLK's CGI looks fantastic for now, and judging by TJB, the whole movie's going to look like that, and let's not forget all those A-listers that are voicing the characters. Here, everything just seems to be put together in the cheapest, easiest way possible because, hey, it's Aladdin and people are obviously going to see it no matter how bad it is.

Man, as soon as I saw that Guy effing Ritchie is going to direct an Aladdin movie, I knew this would happen. Everything looks atrocious on every possible level, the sets look like something from a cheap foreign TV show, the actors are basically planks, literally everyone is miscast, the CGI is cancer-inducing. And the Genie speaks for itself... My only true wish this year is to see this movie bomb so hard that even Bob freaking Iger gets fired. For so many people to approve this kind of a disaster, heads should really roll. Also, someone needs to be put in charge of the dumpster fire that is Disney's live action studio, so many bombs and downright shitty movies that have come out during the last year or so...Oh well, at least TLK looks good, for now... Also, I've seen some people compare this shit to BaTB, it's not even close, that one was just forgettable, but people actually tried to make it work, the music was fine, the sets and the actors were excellent, but as it looks now, Aladdin has literally no redeeming quality, it's an obvious cash grab if there ever was one.

Don't know how you feel about him, but to me Adam Levine seems like one the most obnoxious celebrities you can find, right next to Jared Leto. I just want to punch them in their smug faces.

Also to add, Disney as a company sucks balls. I know one cannot expect huge global corporations to actually care for their customers, especially for those who live in small markets like I do, but I think Disney's the most money-hungry of them all. Just an example of that: DVDs and Blu-Rays aren't really huge here in Croatia, most people pirate stuff because buying physical discs is quite expensive here. In 2013, Disney stopped selling their movies here, both DVDs and Blu-Rays, as they thought there's no point in being present in such a small region. Other studios almost did the same, our two distributors backed out of the business, so it seemed like physical home media was dead for good. However, a new distributor showed up which managed to make deals with all the major studios, so now you can get every major Hollywood release on home media, except for the Disney ones, as the company still didn't want to make a deal, since they would probably lose hundreds of dollars on some of their lower-selling films. I remind you, this is a company that's spending 71 billion dollars on a single acquisition of a rival. So, most of their movies are not sold in our stores, except for the really popular ones, like TFA, which only saw a DVD release, as did Frozen, BaTB (2017) and Tangled. If you're a Blu-Ray collector and a fan of Disney, well, tough luck, you have to buy the movie from Amazon or some other source, and you don't get Croatian subtitles. It really shows how little they care for their customers, I go to the cinema for every MCU release, and that's quite a drag as I have to drive for 45 minutes, but they don't want to bother with printing a couple of Blu-Rays for their fans here. So, as much as I'm happy that we'll get FF and X-Men in the MCU, Disney can go f*** itself! Sorry for the off-topic, LOL...

A part of me, or more like 60 percent, still thinks this movie's not going to happen, lol. It's incredible how after the pompous announcement of the Phase 3, new movies are being kept in secret. Anyways, happy to see BW finally getting the respect she deserves.

Oh please, even though the seventh season wasn't as good as the first ones, it's still one of the best TV shows you can find. On another note, I hate how masses on social media react to pop culture these days, it's either the best thing ever or the worst shit the world has ever seen. Everyone is talking in absolutes mainly because of the Youtube "critics" or those abysmal clickbait websites. I go through comments on almost every article and it's just mind-blowing how many people call movies like TLJ or TV shows like GoT, Stranger Things, Westworld or The Handmaid's Tale pure shit and the worst thing ever just because of a slightly less perfect season or because it didn't fulfill their stupid, predictable and cliche wishes. People are turning into sheep only capable of illogical criticism.

The last movie I saw in 2018 was The Two Towers. Was not disappointed...

So, I don't know how it works in your countries, but here every New Year HBO has a premiere of a surprise blockbuster at midnight. Last year it was GOTG Vol2, but this time, out of all the movies they could've put, they chose effing Justice League. Man, I still can't believe that someone actually approved Cavill's mouth in the opening of the movie, that's one of the most abysmal works of VFX I've ever seen in a modern blockbuster. Oh, and it's finally midnight here, not that this night means much to me, but I wish you all a happy and prosperous 2019, get rich, get laid, and above all, get threadbanned at least once, and then you can tell that you've lived your life to the fullest!

Quite a shitty one, if you ask my mental state, lol.
