    Aquaman was definitely not that obscure. He wasn't $1.1 Billion+ popular before his film but definitely more well known than the likes of Shazam, GOTG or Ant-Man

    Even taking out Aquaman the results OS are pretty disappointing. DOM so far looks solid to good.

    Maybe it'll get to the point where a movie's entire run is it's "Opening Weekend". A Multiplier of 1.

    Even take out the release dates one film started previews at midnight while the other started at 4pm.

    Nah would still be very surprising if it misses $200M OS Might be tough to reach LEGO Batman's DOM Total though

    I was under the impression you had to have proof that you watched the film to vote on Maoyan. Anyways China likes what China likes they certainly didn't care that Aquaman was a DC Film.

    If anything if this does around the $400M it reaffirms Hamada's strategy of releasing both your normal $150M+ budget superhero films but also sub $100M Budgeted superhero films depending on the characters they choose. Hopefully this won't discourage WB/DC to continue to make more DC films about some of the more obscure DC characters.

    I think this will do $700M-$800M but definitely can go higher or lower depending on whether it's a prequel or not

    I'm wondering if they'll reveal the Phase 4 slate at SDCC or D23.

    Lowering to $300M-$350M Under $300M OS would be disappointing to me though I get that it still would be considered a success by WB. J

    $45M OW while perfectly fine for its budget can't help but feel it would be a bit disappointing. Hopefully goes above $50M.

    Yeah it's not like people are choosing to buy Endgame tickets instead of Shazam! tickets those that are gonna buy tickets for Shazam will probably do so a day later but yeah it is being lost a bit in the conversation atm which is unfortunate.

    I've supported RR since the inaugural IPL with Warne and Shane Watson. I suppose I had the option to change to CSK after players merged to be in RPSG (which the 2017 IPL Final still breaks ny heart). SRH has always been my 2nd fav though. Do you have a team?
