  1. I hoped for it, but didn’t want to get my hopes up. Especially since the comscore ratings were similar to IW. But yeah, absolutely deserved. This movie is the gift that keeps on giving. Ridiculous on every level.
  2. Lots of cheers and applause at several moments. IW had cheers during the movie, but most weren’t in the mood to applaud after the movie. Not the case with Endgame. Applause multiple times after the movie ended.
  3. DOM: $289m OS: $701m WW: $990m CHN: $255m
  4. Was this narrated by Morgan Freeman? Because I remember his voice narration being a big part of why many people wanted to see it.
  5. Avengers: Endgame The Lion King Star Wars: Episode IX Spider-Man: Far From Home Frozen II Aladdin Knifes Out Jojo Rabbit It: Chapter 2 Pokemon: Detective Pikachu
  6. According to HBO’s website, you can. That’s what I signed up for. You can also stream live if you sign up through Amazon Prime or Hulu.
  7. I watched the first season back when it premiered but lost interest when I read about the book spoilers for the Red Wedding. Didn’t think I’d be into watching my favorite characters die for multiple seasons. But it’s finally ending and all my friends are so into it and were constantly trying to talk me into watching it. So I finally watched it all last week. Caught up in 1 week and I’m so pumped for this season. It took me till Season 3 before I really got into it, but I was hooked since. I like Dany and Jon (shame they’re related), but I think they’ll both die. Cersei HAS to die! And Jamie can go either way. I think Sansa will sit on the throne with Arya as her Kingsguard and Tyrion as her Hand or maybe husband? He’s the only unrelated man who who’s really treated her with respect. Sansa grew so much over the seasons and I think she has what it takes to rule competently. Dany and Arya would be too bloodthirsty and Jon is good at commanding respect, but not great at ruling. Oh and the Night King/White Walker stuff is the most boring part of this show. So hopefully that gets resolved quickly.

  9. This is a fair point to make...just don’t know how specifying Disney helps their case. Especially since their latest movie was rotten. I see no reason why RT wouldn’t highlight a rotten Disney movie similarly. The issue is with how RT announces the scores, but that tweet seems disingenuous with the ‘Disney’ part thrown in there.
  10. Cochofles is just being Cochofles. Nothing new. It it would be really cool to have both David Harbour and Rachel Weiss in the MCU. I finally caved and binged Stranger Things last month and The Mummy is one of my favorite movies.
  11. Oof. Expected better reviews. The trailers looked so good. I barely remember the animated movie anyway, so it won’t be a problem if this deviates from that. But if it’s soulless, that’ll be a shame.
  12. Just watched the movie and really liked it. I’ll probably see it again. Brie was fantastic, as were the other cast members and I thought the action and music were great. I was getting worried it wouldn’t be as good as hoped with some of the comments and reviews online, but it was much better than I was led to believe. Of course I was looking forward to it, so I’m just glad I ended up liking it. Honestly not sure what’s in it to hate or rage about, but that’s whatever. I’ve taken a step back from online fandoms and this site over the past month and since TLJ, it seems things just continue to get worse. It’s been nice to come on here and look at numbers, but all the other stuff has become frustrating noise. I’m glad CM is doing well box office wise and hope it continues to do so. Looking forward to Endgame.
  13. What a trash ending. And it started off so well. Can’t be too upset though with BP’s 3 well deserved wins, ASIB’s win for Shallow, and Spider-Verse! Mostly positive on this year’s Oscars.
