Between Grace, Chris, and Jeremy Jahns (main 3 YT critics) it's very clear this movie took some big risks with the messaging..I'm very very intrigued to see how this plays out.
TheNumbers isn't double counting. They are including grosses from independent film boards and Russia which Universal is not. It's why there is only a discrepancy with Universal films.
So is there any scenario at all that's possible to save Indy or is it like the Flash where it's run is doomed by day one no matter how it plays out from here?
So this is obviously going to open big and the marketing is really blowing up. I'm still worried about reception and legs as I'm not sure it's going to be the film people expect it to be.
The discrepancy between Box office mojo and TheNumbers for the international gross is driving me crazy. Mojo has it lower than where it should be and TheNumbers seems to have it too high. What's so hard about updating correctly?
