    Friday Mal2 € 404.811 Joker € 390.645 As Omni said, finally in Friday Joker increase by 68% and reach € 390.645 (-40.3 from LW) after it's weekdays constantly in 50% drop range also Mal 2 with € 404.811 with same increase like Joker. Mal 2 with stronger Saturday should win this weekend again but Joker with only 40% decrease this WE doing better than it's weekdays suggest. Probably € 28-29m is feasible for Joker ?

    Thursday-Argentina Joker with 30.116 admission (-37.5% from LW) and 1.992.311 for it's whole run. It will pass 2m in Friday and if it continues the way it drop, good chance to reach >2.7m. So double CM or Spidey admission. Btw, sorry If I post too many times.

    Friday - Japan Joker drop 26% from last week, a bit better than Thursday. Joker wins by 46% more admission to Gemini. Big chance Joker will win it's 4th weekend in a row.

    Thanks for the info, I also see that like last year and Gravity in 2013, that this 3 day discount seems like double it's weekdays from last week ? Can SH movie or drama movie have same impact ?

    If it drop 50% each week, it will end in 630m. With drop in 45-50% randomly each weekend in 650m. So great chance in >650m for now. There is one holiday more in Japan, school break in France, some discount day in Spain also next weekend hold will be better in some parts of Europe with Friday holiday.

    830m means 35m OS weekend = 55% drop ? In Japan, its still on pace to 25% drop, SK 50% drop, Italy also good chance for below 50% drop, Germany 40% drop, France with 25-30% drop, Australia with 43% weekly and yesterday in Uk from Comscore, Joker still #1. So why it suddenly drop in 50-55% range ?

There are chance Screendaily underestimate it , Joker may drop better than 45% drop from last weekend and lastly I even take conservative number for domestic Thu-Sun. Also from your prediction with 815-820m by the end of WE, do you expect it will drop 72% from last International weekend ? 77.8 to 22m

    Joker OS update from Screendaily 521.9m (+30.6m from last Sunday update). With domestic until Wednesday, total should be 778.1m.     Thursday - Japan Joker drop 26.5% from last week. It's biggest drop so far in it's run. Other movie in top ten actually drop around the same ballpark (18-35% ). So still a normal drop but rather than closing in to 20% drop it's actually getting closer to > 30% drop, which is a normal drop for SH movie in Japan. Tomorrow it will try surpass $ 30m. Good news is total seats for Joker increase by 14.5% tomorrow, so it may soften it's drop and increase better than 20% like last weekend.

    Do you think half term in UK will help Joker hold in weekdays a bit better ? In France because school holidays, Joker weekdays ( Mon-Tue ) did better this week than last week but maybe because it's only second week there.

    Seating/Screen arrangement already done for Friday. Great news for Joker is rather than decreasing, it's actually increasing by 10%. Gemini is the biggest one by 40% more than Joker. They predictably take many of seats and screens from Mal 2, seeing that Mal2 capacity decrease just 56% from Thursday.

    So I wonder how it only drop 38% last week despite Japan and Brazil still going strong, then if you look Joker drop in Europe it's still amazing in 2nd weekend. Italy 39%, Portugal 21%, Netherlands 28%, Norway 33%, Finland 21%, UK 44%, France 32%, Switzerland 9%, Turkey 47%, Greece 38%, Russia 55%, Ukraine 48%, Slovakia 36%, Czech Republic 17%, Bulgaria 46%, Romania 29%, Poland 30%, Hungary 33%, and Germany 16%. I mean only Turkey, Ukraine, Russia and Bulgaria drop above 45%. No wonder it can still hold 38% despite bad drops in most parts of Asia and South America.

    According to cine-director Joker already with 2.835 million admission until Tuesday. 1st Week : 1.606.425 2nd Week : 1.229.000 (-23%) This is already second estimate from cine-director so it should be very close to actual. From this because Joker first weekend 1.35m and second weekend 927k admission. Joker second Mon-Tue actually bigger this week than last ( 302k this week vs 251k last week ) Estimate : $ 22.1m also $ 2.4m from Mon-Tue School break as Parasite said before probably help.     Of course, in tuesday morning it should already passed it. Last Sunday it makes 491m. Possibly after Wednesday it will be around 515-520m.

    Wednesday Joker drop 21.5% from last week. Good drop, still hoping for 15-20% drop tho. Let's hope tomorrow drop will be softer but actually last week Tue, Wed and Thu have around same 20-25% compared to first week if I looked back. So it's still consistent with it's weekly drop. 40m with this below 25% even 30% drop should be locked barring any steep drop against Terminator and Gemini but if we want >10x multi aka 50m. It needs to start drop in 15-20% range.

    Yup, but still think Gemini won't do that much maybe 1.5-2m at best. Also Mal 2 still have so many screens right now. With Mal 2 underperform, hope it take most of them from Mal 2 . I think Terminator will be a bigger challenge but if Joker WOM is as good as in japanese social media says, it can endure it. Will be interested to see total seats for Friday.

    I also thought it will release in March like 2014 but maybe they want to maximize Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday rather than just wait 10 weeks from March until Golden Weeks. Actually Frozen is the one that make me take interest with BO and follow this site back in 2013 with its crazy run in SK and legendary run in Japan. That's why I'm quite familiar with this market. Hopefully Joker will get at least 1/5 of what Frozen gets in 2014 and in 15th weeks DVD/Bluray release announcement won't cut it legs 😜
