    Comparing among 60%+ movie, I still think the movie is a step-up from Aquaman. I saw the "unfinalized" version of the movie during fan screening, I would say this movie isn't really far worse than GOTG3. The only part I don't understand after watching the movie is that all the plot-twist drama behind the scene at WB, only for this ordinary good crowdpleaser.

    I saw the movie in one of the fan screening. It definitely isn't one of the best of all time but the movie still pretty good, I would say on par with GOTG3.

    Avatar 2 VFX made TLM feel like a stage play at kindergarten. The finest VFX can be put on big screen to-date.

    Yeah, over here in Hong Kong, the news outrightly call it the age of yellow is coming to USA when EEAAO won sweep the Oscar. Yellow is definitely not a pejorative term here, probably it is because yellow colour is highly associated with Royalty and Wealth, therefore people aren't offended.

    Verified audience score rise to 87%. Not bad after all.

    People need to understand yes 340m is a bloated budget but that kind of cast and everyone keep coming back from dead, there is almost no way you can bring the cost down to the $250m range. The only way to reduce the cost is to shot the film back-to-back.

    Fast X is an improvement over F9. Not because the stunt make more sense , it is simply because the movie is worthy entertainment if you willing to embrace absurdity.

    Not sure about the taste, but certainly a failure to understand what general public or silent majority like. Not sure how many BO surprise hit he will lose if he is the studio head.

    But the movie you thought was just fine, overrated or meh, from Bohemian rhapsody, Joker, TGM, to EEAAO and A2 all end up having great legs.
