I saw Be Kind, Rewind and somehow forgot it on my list. Oh well, it was a rough year to get to 25 films to put on the list so I guess I zoned out on the year for Be Kind Rewind

Yep. I had to go to sleep so I missed most of the second half but was pretty confident they would win. I told my friend yesterday morning the score would be around 17-9 Eagles and the defense would have to win the game for them. I was pretty close 😛

while yeah it may not reach the high estimates they have for the weekend, this preview number is still pretty big and really good

I think it's more of just a reaction to all the complaints so they are just going to feel like "fine, we'll just give it the nomination now" which kind of diminishes it. But hey if it still gets a BP nod, I'm sure people will be thrilled regardless of why

does this mean they will just give BP a BP nod just to appease the people just like they were going to do with the Best Popular since apparently that is why they came up with the award in the first place, according to some people? If so, doesn't that really make the nomination kind of meaningless? I really don't think the Academy has any idea of what it's doing regardless 😛

that weird moment when you stretch your arms to yawn and hear an odd noise that is pretty quiet then look and see that you ripped your shirt sleeve and have 6 hours left at work. glad I had some tape nearby to try to cover it up some 😜

I know me and @baumer discussed this before and it would be a spoiler, but unless they change one major thing from the book, the opening scene should be something pretty obvious and is a great way to start the movie.

had a really good time at a BBQ yesterday. I had my first kangaroo burger and proceeded to eat two in total since some people I guess were scared 😛 the fried, cajun gator was good too. played lots of games and just had a good time.

lol this makes The Meg seem like a serious movie in comparison Yeah not a great trailer, well none of them have been, but I will still see it. I'm down for some B level, monster movie cheesiness

I am sure physical media is going away slowly but surely. I still buy blu rays whenever I actually get a movie. Actually while I claim all the codes for the digital version that comes with them, I haven't watched one digital version ever 😛
