Anyone saw this in 3D? I'm considering 3D for my second viewing but only if it enhance the experience. And here are my short and sweet 2cs on some certain topics. 1.Han is deader than dead but somehow IF Ford wants to come back they do make sure that he can by NOT showing his dead body. 2.I believe Rey's power level is meant to be explore more in ep8 so I'm fine with it for now. However,a lot of people I know did make the comments about how it didn't make sense to them that Rey could beat Kylo and those people aren't power-level obsessed, just GA. -

It won't. There're some territories that SW franchise couldn't break into. Avatar was huge everywhere.

Oh wow.. That's huge. Go Aussies GO!! I contributed 28 dollars to that figure. -
Hopefully not. That would be too predictable and not so exciting since they've already "liked" each other. Rey and Kylo would be far more interesting..

If that happened it'd never been broken for a longgggggggggggg time.. That's just crazy.

If this got released in summer Fri-Sat number would have been higher for sure, the leg would have been much worse though. I think making 200m+ in December is already a colossal feat. I was one of those people who thought such massive opening could only happen in summer.

Thanks. So that would be around $70m daily business and the record for Fri (excluding preview) is still in play? The walk-ups haven't been insane, it seems.

This. I saw The Martian last night. It's very good. It's a fun, feel good space movie with fantastic visual and likeable characters. It's clever. It's funny. The movie did everything right except the lack of emotional payout and the real thrill and tension that could live it up to another level. It's like a Marvel movie compare to Interstellar being a DC one in term of tone and storytelling. It's a crowd pleasure, I just prefer a much darker movie given the plot and the premises.
