  1. Not true at all, Domestically speaking Mission Impossible is equally as popular as bond. 2. My prediction - flop. I love the first one too.
  3. Oh fuck I forgot about both those AHHHHHHHHH Im getting to old to keep up with this shit!!!!!
  4. They probably dont wanna get stuck in between Black Panther and Avengers, plus DeadPool right after. This would get lost in the shuffle. Now this can be the first Superhero movie of the year in 2019. Smart.
  5. hahahahah I didn't even look at the dates I just assumed where they were moving things. Same thing applies though. They have nothing in the first quarter of next year. They have a few films this one. They dont have a big movie this fall besides xmen so it can stay. They might already be filming or getting ready to grreenlight one blockbuster for next summer. So they dont disappear.
  6. This is whats going down, im sure.... Fox is gonna green light ALOT less movies and play it safe until Disney takes control. - Spread your current franchise movies out more. Instead of spending 200m on a Summer movie for next year, just move X-men there. - Instead of buying or producing some horror movie for October, just move New Mutants there. - Fox already has a few some smaller films in July and August but nothing in May so move Deadpool forward. All makes sense.
  7. No need to get mad at Wahlberg yet we don't know the situation. Some contracts have extra reshoot money in them. Maybe the 1.5m was guaranteed if reshoots had to happen when he signed on (something that can be common in contracts). Maybe Mark had to leave another production or cancel some commercial shoot and they are reimbursing that. Point is WE DONT KNOW! Lets not all gang up and call people dicks right away. Lets wait for more info. Also the CREW gets paid no matter what, that shit is union and below the line, and they work off day rates not salary.
  8. Vader didn't fucking die in the first movie though. The threat would be gone. I have to see it, but bringing back the villain for avatar seems stupid so far.
  9. Age of Ultron only did 100m less than Avengers WW its not quite the same thing
  10. This movie is 2 hours and 15 mins for some reason. It also has lots of very sloppy and amateur-ish transions. cool concept. C+ (78)
  11. 2018 a the new record for me will be times going to the theater. Last year was only 46.... Probably will double that.
  12. Long story but I had to restart so if you could re subscribe id love you even more. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCi-XuFi3KO-y6yyknKyZC7g <333 haha no, actually went to the theaters less this year to save money.
  13. The first half is solid, 2nd not as much, losses steam. Its fine entertainment, you have to judge a movie like this on the level its trying to be. Most of the action isn't well shot. Wish they moved the camera a bit more in the fights, lots of shots felt cut short. Needed more villain, maybe one more twist like thing. but who cares the movie takes place in the fucking JUNGLE! Adventure movies is my favorite genre so that helps. Its fun though, it knows exactly what it is and is the best video game movie ever made. I LOVED that they used the game mechanics and rules. Might not hold up on another viewing though, well see. B- (82)
