  1. Baruchel as they enter the neighbor's house: let's split upCraig's response: what the fuck you think this is? Scooby Doo?Alright, let's just get it over with and talk about the elephant in the room.Elephant in the room? He's talking about about Craig because of his weight. Everyone goes off on tangents as Franco let's out a "that's racist" lmaoYou don't evn know what the fuck gluten is. So many classic lines that had me in tears. Comedy of the yr. Shame it's box office total will be lower than some really shit comedies out there.
  2. I'm fuckin intrigued by this Wayne thing. WTF??? Is it Pixar conforming to Dreamworks voice formula? Or are they on to something that's just genius?
  3. I adored both of these films. But I felt more as I watched Perks. I enjoyed both immensely, but as I said, Perks made me FEEL.
  4. 1. The Place Beyond the Pines 2. To the Wonder3. Man of Steel 4. World War Z 5. Monsters University6. The Hunger Games: Catching Fire 7. Fast and Furious 6 8. Spring Breakers 9. This is the End 10. Pain and Gain
  5. Of all the exclusions from my personal list, 101 Dalmatians bothers me most. That movie is gold. Horace and Jasper are hilarious and it's just got such a classic feel. I also think Rio is a very underappreciated movie. That movie was laugh out loud funny to me. The birds played by will.i.am and Jamie Foxx were hilarious. Lastly, the Polar Express is a magical movie during the holidays that's become a Christmas classic. Would have been cool to see it slip in.
  6. Lol No apologies. I said nevermind because I couldn't tell if you didn't get my statement and I was too lazy to explain and it wasn't a big deal. But now that I know you got it, touche.I heard something about the Hughes biopic. I would prefer he go down this route then another epic grand scale sci fi film.
  7. Likeable:Alec Baldwin - he has this charisma about him I truly admire. He seems like so much fun (a douchebag as well, admittedly), but I'm drawn to the guy. I imagine him to be very much like his character in It's Complicated, so he comes across as a genuine guy who is flawed, but good.Stanley Tucci - he just seems really coolAnne Hathaway - seems like one of the nicest people in the worldChristoph Waltz - how can you dislike him, really?Brad Pitt - seems like a smart and genuine guy.Meryl Streep - I'll give anything she is in a chance. She's awesome.Rachel McAdams - she seems like a nice, sweet person.Denzel Washington - probably the coolest man on the planet.Ben Affleck - seems really smart and cool. A guy you could have a beer with and hang out with for hours just shootin the shit.Jennifer Garner - I don't care much for her on screen presence or films to be honest, but along with Hathaway, she seems so sweet. I imagine her to be very much like her character in Juno.Robert Downy, Jr. - excudes charisma and cool second to maybe only Denzel and that may not even be true. Unlikable:Kate Hudson - comes across as a snakeRussel Crowe - he doesn't seem like a very nice man.Cameron Diaz - I'm sure she is a really nice person, but I can't stand her for some inexplicable reason.Daniel Day Lewis - one of the most talented actors of his generation, easily, but there's something about him I don't quite like. It doesn't make any sense and I can't place it, but there's just something there.
  8. Would I have gotten away with my previous post counting as a valid vote if it weren't for this post?
  9. Never mind.Speaking of Nolan, that new sci fi movie his name is being attached to, penned by his brother looks intriguing. I'll be there for it, but damn it, when is he going to branch out to something different?
  10. Point taken.. but at the same time, I hold the TDK trilogy in such high esteem, a case can be made. It's the best trilogy of all time in my book, so with that said, I probably creep back into Nolanite territory with that statement despite my utter disdain for Memento.
  11. I probably am a Nolanite, although I can easily admit and shout at certain films and scenes that I hate to no end. In the minority here, but I thought Memento was complete rubbish. Probably the most overrated film of all time IMO. Sue me. Talia was crap. No two ways about it. She brought down a great movie with her twist and Cotillard's atrocious acting. Begins was good. Not great IMO. First half is magnificent. Second half... Not so much. Plenty more to list. So although I think Nolan is amazing and admittedly await his projects more than other directors today, I know he can do plenty wrong. Call me Nolanite if I fit the definition. Ehh.. There's only one person on this board that even cares to begin with.
  12. The Fantastic Mr. FoxI truly detest Shrek series including the sequel. I don't find them to be very good at all.
  13. Oh shit! Spirited Away is pulling close. Get to voting you lazy bums! And make the right choice. :angry:Just kidding.
  14. Fuckin hell. I can't believe Spirited Away is losing to Dragon. Eff you all.
