baumer
Sophia Coppola as well. VS, TBR were both terrible. LIT is good but very over rated as well.

Sims
Yes on Clint Eastwood. Has a few good to very good films (Mystic River, Unforgiven, MDB), but nothing over an 8/10 IMO. Gran Torino especially is a terrible film.
baumer
The best thing about Bling Ring is the song in the trailer and Emma Watson being hot.

Sims
I might say the Coen brothers too, though to a much lesser extent. They have many good films and a couple masterpieces, but their "ambiguous ending" shtick gets a little old...

Moviedweeb
Martin Scorsese - yeah, I said it. I really LIKE a lot of his movies (Taxi Driver, Goodfellas, Hugo, among others), but nothing from him has really "blown me away." Plus, his shtick is often quite formulaic and predictable. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KAAeU_scoRk
baumer
The BR for Goodfellas has some great behind the scenes stuff.
Sims
I really do like Goodfellas a lot. I just hesitate to call it a masterpiece like everyone else.
