Kesari looking at 20cr+ 1st day, very good considering shows at most places started in the noon post 12:00 due to Holi festivities. Reviews and WOM look really positive so I think it can get close to 100cr over the 4 day extended weekend.

 

BTW, if you are interested listen to this gem of a song from this movie.

 

 

I don't even remember the last time I heard an original song this good coming from BollyWood, because lately BW has become a den of remixes and old songs remakes and other crap.

 

It would help if you know some Punjabi along with Hindi to understand this song even better.

It's called Rohit Shetty Cinematic Universe (RSCU)

Ranveer Singh plays Simmba, Ajay Devgn - Singham and Akshay Kumar - Veer Suryavanshi.

 

All 3 of them will share screen space in 2022 or 23 in Rohit Shetty's Avengers.

I will insist to wait for Randeep Hooda one. I was interested when it was announced that Punjab 1984 director, Anurag Singh will direct it but the trailer was bad and reviews aren't good either. Sajjan Singh Rangroot looked better visually.

Badla had a strong weekend as it collected 28 crore nett to have a two week total of around 66 crore nett. The collections dropped just 25% apprx in the second week. It is the third highest second-week collection of the year after Uri - The Surgical Strike and Total Dhamaal. The business on the third Friday will tell where the film will go. The collections of Badla till date are as follows.

Captain Marvel grossed a healthy 21.50 crore nett in week two which took its total to almost 78 crore nett. there will be a big drop on the third Friday due to a huge reduction of shows but the job is done and its a HIT and also among the top ten Hollywood grossers in India. The business of Captain Marvel till date is as follows.
