I wonder what the all time record is.

 

Not 100% sure, but this might be the all-time record.  It was harder to do so before, but inflation has made 1M dailies a lot easier to accomplish.  Someone should look that up.

Not comprehensive, but I checked some areas that seemed like they'd be well situated for long runs.

 

There was a period from Friday, October 2, 2009 until Sunday, April 25, 2010 that managed it, thanks in part to Avatar's leggy run. There were basically four low days there for that week, and then the 1 million run lasted from Friday, April 30 until Tuesday, September 7. And then after two more low days, it had another run that lasted from Friday September 10 until Sunday, January 30, 2011.

 

Also, Tuesday, Dec 13, 2011 went until Tuesday, Sept 4, 2012 with only one day below 1 million (the Thursday before The Avengers opened.)
