pepsa
Seems like a very good start for a family movie, should be able to increase over the weekend, so 1M seems a done deal. Hoping to get over 350k on sat. Edited June 14 by pepsa

pepsa
A very big Friday of 229.690 Total cume up to 443.822 This should lock up a 300k + Saturday, we might be in for a very big Sat / Sun. Normaly movies jump over 100% on Saturday but I don't think this count with movies opening this big..

They have pretty much no competition until Deadpool and animated movies perform REALLY good during July here, so even if they hurt each other at first, legs will compensate it. In 2012 we had Ice Age 4 selling 4.4M tickets + Madagascar 3 with 2.8M tickets + Brave 1.6M tickets (8.8M between 3 movies) 2013 had Monsters University selling 3.3M tickets + DM2 selling 2.6M tickets + Metegol 2.1M tickets (8M between 3 movies) 2015 had Minions selling 4.9M tickets + Inside Out 2.8M tickets (7.7M between 2 Movies) 2016 had Finding Dory selling 2.9M tickets + Ice Age 5 2.5M tickets + Life of Pets 2.3M tickets (7.7M between 3 movies) And in 2019 Toy Story 4 broke the most admissions sold record with 6.2M tickets + Lion King 3.6M + Pets 2 1.3M tickets (11.1M between 3 movies) I think both Inside Out 2 and Despicable Me 4 will sell at least 4M each, and one can surpass 5M

pepsa
Using Jartiners more recent numbers (for Thursday and Friday), we have a 372.876 Saturday. A very very good jump OW: Thu: 225k Fri: 220k Sat: 373k Meaning we get an opening week that easily goes over 1m, we are looking at around a 1.15m admission start. This should lock up 4m admission. And with Grebacio saying that the market can handle two big blockbusters it should havea good shot at 5m, maybe go for 6m.
charlie Jatinder
SUN would likely be 400K+. MON is holiday I think.
