This one is by official Government, So I prefer to believe it as it's also delayed and more accurate but it had BATMAN's OW way lower.

The numbers here are slower. Week numbers will be only accurate after few days. For all practical purpose, Ultracine is great as it give fastest number but in case of NWH since we are to check a milestone, Ultracine is some 50k admits behind, that makes a very little difference in big picture but all the difference for 4M crossed or not.

Weekend 17th to 21st March:

image.png

  • The Batman is already #3 among the Movies released during Pandemic, very near to Furious 9's  955k attendance.
  • Spiderman NWH has already crossed 4m+ Attendance and has also become the first movie in history to cross 2 Billion Argentinian Pesos (Of course credits to Inflation)

  • BATMAN has already surpassed Batman Begins (720k Admits) and is closing on to The Dark Knight's (1.340m Admits). Although, TDKR's 1.807m Admits are seemingly far and unreachable.
  • Uncharted has crossed ~500k Admits which is more than Rampage's 468k admits, Detective Pikachu's 418k or Warcraft's 325k but It won't be able to catch up to Sonic's Admit which was 701k, or Prince of Persia's 747k
  • JJK 0  has opened with 53k Admits and has already crossed the total Admits of Demon Slayer's (44,536) entire run.
    • Anime Admits in Argentina:
      • Dragon Ball Super Broly - 812,319
      • Dragonball Z - 518,374
      • Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F' - 438,714
      • Dragon Ball Evolution (2009) - 165,164
      • Ponyo - 17,843
      • The Wind Rises - 12,233
      • The Last Naruto - 11,116
      • Your Name - 6,609
      • Weathering With You - 803

LAST WEEKEND:

image.png

THIS WEEKEND:

image.png

  • Sonic 2 has opened 156.5k Admission which is lower than its prequel Sonic that took 199.1k Admits.
  • Morbius had a steep fall from its OW and seems like it will be finishing around the <300k mark at best.
  • The Batman too had a drop of 61%, seems like it won't be reaching The Dark Knight Admits and will finish around ~1.275m
  • JJK 0 has crossed 100k Admissions, which is good, considering nothing other than the Dragonball series had breached that mark in Argentina.

Superb Weekend for Argentina, overall.

  • Fantastic Beast 3 -  opened to a respectable Admits of 198.9k, which is a little lower than FB1's (209k) or FB2's (208k) opening Weekend.
  • Sonic 2 dropping just (-3%) from last weekend has already surpassed its own prequel in the same timeframe. The Sonic 1 was 437.3k after the 2nd Weekend compared to Sonic 2's 489k.
  • The Batman (-5%) and The Bad Guys (+24%) managed to hold it well.

Note: Average Ticket Prices in Argentina currently seems to hover between 475 pesos to 545 Pesos depending upon if it's Children movie or Adult oriented/ Blockbuster kind.
