WHAT?

After a decade of false starts, it still hasn't registered to me that we're actually getting a live action Minecraft movie. Insane. I wonder when we'll get our first look. I have a feeling that whenever that comes around, we'll be back in the "CHRIS PRATT IS MARIO?!?!" era as if it was yesterday.

This is going to be such a fucking trainwreck, and I'm loving it. After how boring the Mario movie was, I'll gladly take an insane, cocaine-induced, RTX-On, 2014 hyperrealistic "in real life" render-looking ride.

Come on now. A one point most people thought a live action Barbie movie was never going to work. Give this a chance.

Minecraft is much bigger than most of those other games, and their have been a few live action video game movies that are hits.

I suggest to you that the popularity of a game does not seem to carry over automaticaly into live action movies.

If that were the case "Doom" would have been a huge hit.
