Universal is trying to get people's attention for Huntsman in stores by trying to have the fandango ticket coupon with The Mummy(1999) I have a feeling that I"ll just watch The Mummy instead of The Huntsman.

When I went to the Civil War screening there was this poor woman standing in front of the Lioncoln Sq theater trying flog free tickets to the Huntsman screening for next week.  She was out there for hours on a busy NYC street still trying to fill up her chart.

The only good for The Huntsman(box office wise) is that its budget is smaller than Snow White's budget was.

It's over 100. I'm predicting a roughly 35-40% drop, due to incredible word of mouth and a lot of the Huntsman audience switching movies when they read the reviews. I don't see this having quite Zootopia's legs, but something similar.

For some reason, Universal did a very early preview screening for Huntsman where I live. Someone told me that it was hilariously terrible. Bad word of mouth from previews is never good.

Just a FYI about Elvis and Nixon: there has been barely any advertising for it. Not even 50 ads have aired according to iSpot.

Oh, and I just found out that it's an Amazon Studios production. That can't be helpful in getting theaters.
