Fancyarcher
The first season of Gotham hasn't even been that good. No, it's not great, but the fact that it's on this list when it hasn't even finished it's first season is ridiculous.

iceroll
#150 The Bob Newhart Show - 61 Points Aired: 1972–1978 (CBS) Genre: Comedy Storyline: Bob is a successful Chicago psychologist who shares secretary Carol with Dentist Jerry. Part of the show revolves around his (usually comic) dealings with his patients. The rest involves his school teacher wife Emily and others in their apartment building. #149 True Blood - 61 Points Aired: 2008–2014 (HBO) Genre: Drama Storyline: The series follows Sookie Stackhouse, a barmaid living in Louisiana who can read people's minds, and how her life is turned upside down when the Vampire Bill, walks into her place of employment two years after vampires 'came out of the coffin' on national television. #148 Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. - 63 Points Aired: 2013-ongoing (ABC) Genre: Drama Storyline: After the Battle of New York, the world has changed. In response, Phil Coulson of the Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division assembles an elite covert team to find and deal with these threats wherever they are found. With a world rapidly becoming more bizarre and dangerous than ever before as the supervillains arise, these agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. are ready to take them on. #147 NCIS: Los Angeles - 64 Points Aired: 2009–ongoing (CBS) Genre: Drama Storyline: The Naval Criminal Investigation Service's Office of Special Projects takes on the undercover work and the hard to crack cases in LA. Callen and Sam Hanna, streets kids risen through the ranks. #146 Sket Dance - 65 Points Aired: 2011-2012 (TV Tokyo) Genre: Anime Storyline: A high school group 'Sket-Dan' (Helper Group) is dedicated to helping students and staff alike with literally any problem they may have. Partly due to this ambiguity and strange set of individuals in the group, they are often looked down upon but regardless, the three members will enthusiastically do anything to complete the jobs presented to them. Trivia: This is the first show in a long list of ties with 65 point. Why 65? Because the highest score that can be awarded to a TV show is 65, for #1 place. If you ranked it as #1, but nobody else voted for it then it will have 65 points.

Blurb: I know this won't crack the Top 50 but I had to write about HOW influential this show has been on me and legions belonging to the superhero fan community all across the globe. THIS SHOW was the reason why many belonging to the Millennial generation were assured right from a very young age that superheroes didn't belong to fans of any one race, gender, nationality, culture or orientation. The X-Men have always been a representation for disenfranchised minorities who were different from the "norm", and the show perfectly captured this essential theme that makes the franchise what it is. Diverse doesn't begin to explain the team line-up, including a raging Canadian man who left no doubts about his immense bad-assery despite being of below average height, an incredibly fierce and commanding African weather goddess, a sassy brawling Southern belle with a wonderfully fleshed out conflicted and vulnerable psyche, a smooth talking and charming Cajun and a goofball Asian-American teenage mallrat who was the audience's POV character in the world of persecuted mutants and giant robot Sentinels that hunted them down. Along with Batman: The Animated Series, X-Men '92 redefined storytelling for Western animated shows, tackling complex multi-episode story arcs straight from the comics like The Dark Phoenix Saga, Days of Future Past and Age of Apocalypse and doing them far more justice than the live-action movies have done. Speaking of which, the breakout success of the animated series in the early 90's easily convinced studio execs to greenlight Singer's X-Men in 2000, the precursor to the superhero blockbuster boom we are experiencing today. Such is the legacy of the show that Marvel Comics is giving it it's own universe in their upcoming Secret Wars event. And as if it weren't epic enough, the show had one of the most kick-ass, goosebump inducing intro themes of all time! -Spidey Freak #122 Taxi - 73 Points Aired: 1978–1983 (NBC/ABC) Genre: Comedy Storyline: The staff of a New York City taxicab company go about their job while they dream of greater things. #121 30 Rock - 75 Points Aired: 2006–2013 (NBC) Genre: Comedy Storyline: Liz Lemon, head writer of the sketch comedy show "TGS with Tracy Jordan", must deal with an arrogant new boss and a crazy new star, all while trying to run a successful TV show without losing her mind.
