Umm, he wanted IO to "win" against F7 and JW so I'm assuming he meant win by making the kind of records that they made. I'm not downplaying the achievements of IO. It's done great for what it is, an original Pixar animated movie. But the whole direct comparison of IO to JW and F7 in terms of box office records and "winning" is silly. I think we can all agree on that.
