One of Rogens best. Very funny with a lot of heart.

All three leads work great together, Shannon is awesome, James Franco has a very funny cameo. Cyrus was actually pretty funny here as well.

Holy shit that was funny. Easily the number one comedy of the year!  I love characters in it. Easily a Christmas Classic.

Slight but amusing and filled with a surprising level of Christmas cheer that avoids cynicism. Works entirely because of its great cast. B-

I enjoyed it. Admittedly, it's in limited company as an R-rated Christmas comedy, but it's funny and has some heart. Hats off to Michael Shannon for absolutely owning the bizarre nature of his character.

So funny and so many little brilliant moments.  "She Home Aloned me."  The Father Figure part and so many others.  I loved it.

I'm not sure why Michael Shannon isn't recognized as one of the best actors working today because he is terrific in anything and everthing he does.  He's brilliant in this small role and every time he's on screen, it's that much better.

Not gonna lie. The bit involving Seth Rogen and the dick pic text messages cracks me up and how he just resigns to the notion that he's gonna suck his first dick tonight.

Ethan ending up with the girl makes no sense, but I laughed out loud several times, so it's all good.
