KFP 3 did 143M, so MOANA + SING need 523-143 = 380M.

Seems realistic for MOANA to do ~230 and SING ~150 for ~380 combined.

Those are song really, really low estimates for Moana and Sing.

I really don't see how that could be.

Even if it ends up with a 55% drop that will still be 19mil Which is still 2 mil better than gotg.

For some reason everybody is yelling doom and gloom while the flim is out grossing gotg day by day adding to its $40+mil lead I believe right now it's 47mil  (didn't do the math yet) if the flim stays above gotg weekdays all this week and gross more in its 3rd weekend I'm pretty sure 300 domestic is a sure thing.

I'm not saying the flim is gonna gross more than gotg but as of right now it has a 47mil lead to compensate for its drops.

If it stays 1mil above all this week SS will be going into its 4th week with a 53mil lead.

Remember the goal is for the flim to make 300 domestic.

Unless I'm misunderstanding you, Guardians did $25M+ it's 3rd weekend.

Yup it did $25.1M its third weekend and $17.2M its fourth weekend. I'm assuming @Brainiac5got its third and fourth weekends mixed up. And then its 5th weekend it did an incredible $17M dropping only .07% from its fourth weekend. Granted that was Labor Day weekend, but still incredible.

Oh dat 2014. I had ASM2 at 300m+ and GOTG at half that.

Its okay. We all make those predictions that seem smart to begin with and then when actuals happen, you sit there wondering how it could be. ;)

Isn't SS estimate on Sunday already below (though it might be on par with actual) GOTG's 2nd Sunday? I think it'll start falling behind Guardians in dailies soon.

The Sunday estimate is below it by 300K but I'm going to go ahead and say actuals are higher (as Nilephelan said) and assume its Sunday is on par or slightly higher than it. Its drops percentage wise however have been slightly bigger than GOTG so I think it'll start falling behind soon as well.

Oh cool. Thanks for the heads up. Now I have a production to follow that's in my lane, lol.

Instead of comic loonies going back and forth it will be he AC purists on story and such.  Fun times!

Same. I'm intrigued and excited. My AC purist self will be out, but I'll try my best not to be annoying :P

Sir Ken will be the most handsome and charming Poirot yet. That'll be weird lol.

I kind give the side eye to him for playing the leading role though. He knows he's way too handsome for that. Hope it's not a distraction.

Oh God you're one of those "book" people, lol.  Did you like the latest "And Then There Were None"?
