Overall September was at $584.3 million much better than I expected but down from last year and 2011. It's the 3rd best September which is shocking. 3rd Quarter was at its best with an excellent $2.9 million. October's crowded slate could bring back audiences but should definitely outgross September.

Equalizer added 1.99x it's 2nd weekend to it's 10-day cume :

2nd weekend 18.75m; 10-day cume 64.24m; added 37.3m more for a dom total of 101.53m

 

15.5m 2nd weekend will give Mag7 61.4m 10-day.

If it matches Equalizer's legs and adds ~2x it's 2nd weekend to it's cume, it will make 61.4 + 31 = 92.4m dom

Probably looking at 90-95.

Why would Middle School open with 10M? It is a Lionsgate movie and it looks super unappealing/bad.

Also I'm doubting Jack Reacher even makes $40M. It's a sequel to a movie that was only a modest grosser nearly 4 years ago and is most likely forgotten about by now. Overseas is the only reason it was made.
