As much as I would like the 2 year split seasons on Nickelodeon to stop, and go back to using every sentai show each year for the PR TV show, Haim Saban may have too much of an ego to sell Power Rangers again.  After all, it was Disney that sold it to him in 2010.

Yeah if it was to be sold again. Probably be Lionsgate,Fox,or AOL-Time Warner. Disney been there and done that.

March is now already record breaking!

Beauty & The Beast had a fantastic second weekend hold with a weekend total of nearing $90 million its second weekend!

Beauty & The Beast should hold up strong for a while, and make over $400 million domestic.

Power Rangers had a decent start with an estimated $40.5 million, that debut is nowhere close to the debut of 2014's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. But is on-par with GI Joe:Retaliation, and is an improvement from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles:Out Of Shadows from last summer. With some competition next weekend(maybe Ghost In The Shell), its tough to tell how this film would hold up. Look for Power Rangers to make above $100 million domestic.

Kong:Skull Island had a decent hold, which is an improvement from Godzilla, and should make at least $155 million domestic.

Life had a not so lively start with an estimated $12.6 million, which is well below the attendance of sci-fi horror film such as Event Horizon or Pitch Black. But was on-par with Sony's other March scifi dud Chappie.

Sony had a strange marketing campaign for the film which kinda turned it off with JFK speaking in the background, classic rock music playing, and then it turns dark real fast. Also word of mouth has been mixed by audiences a bland C+ on CinemaScore, and an ok 64% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. Look for Life to make a total of over $30 million domestic.

Logan had a decent hold once again, and passed the $200 million mark this weekend! Which is so far the 2nd film this year to achieve that mark! Logan should hold up fine for the next few weeks, and should make at least $220 million domestic.

Get Out still holding up strong, as it's near the $150 million mark, and Blumhouse's highest grossing film domestic! Get Out should make at least $170 million domestic.

CHiPS didn't take that much of a bite this weekend, based on the 1970's tv show. The film opened with expectations with an estimated $7.6 million which is on-par with TV adapted flops such as The Mod Squad, or buddy comedy films such as The Glimmer Man(although those films had better attendance). With not-so hot word of mouth, CHiPS should fall into the ground Below $20 million domestic.
