Yeah. The Shadow Entities, Countdown to Extinction and F-Zero face scheduling issues to due Biker Mice from Mars, He Man 2, and Solarity claiming IMAX earlier.

I already got IMAX for He-Man II on that date, fam!

Urgh, fine.

Removing IMAX from the former and changing dates for the two latter.

Mech Suit Heroine Rita (traditional animation/sci-fi/superhero) (dir. Ki Hyun Ryu) - May 17th (including IMAX)

The Scavenger Wars (traditional animation/sci-fi/epic) (dir. Joaquim Dos Santos) - July 12th (including IMAX)

Warlord of Mars (traditional animation/sci-fi/action-adventure) (dir. Brenda Chapman) - November 22nd (including IMAX)

The Number One Dime aka Scrooge McDuck 2 (traditional animation/adventure) (dir. Mark Dindal) - December 20th (including IMAX)

Animation in IMAX?

Wouldn't have the same effect as live-action IMO.

...As if there haven't been animated movies released in IMAX IRL? At least one Disney movie was IMAX exclusive even.

Crash Bandicoot: The (Unnecessary) Sequel is taking that spot in 3D and IMAX 2D (maybe)

That's a REALLY fast turnaround for a CG animated sequel.

Too soon? On second thought perhaps I should wait until Y4.

I mean it's up to you but if you put it out Y3 without an obscene budget I will automatically assume the animation looks like an actual PS1 game.

More like Storks or Angry Birds or Despicable Me animation. Cartoony but very well done. Example:

Which all have a pretty good looking but cartoony design around $70M-$90M.

Pigeon is Endless Animation’s first $100M+ budgeted film due to the CG/2D blend and Endless likes having two animated films a year. A more expensive in-house film and a cheaper but still very good looking outsourced film. Bandicoot 2 will probably be around $85M-maybe $100M

@YourMother the Edgelord Right but I mean because of the release date. Storks took over three years to make. If you want the same quality of animation in one year you're gonna need to spend a LOT more money.

True. Maybe Y4 is better. @The Shape of Pasta I change my mind about this post.

Instead an untitled original animated film will take that spot.
