Poor Bill Skarsgard appearing in two genre films this year making virtually zero money. At least Nosferatu will probably be acclaimed and will make much more, even if it won't be rivaling the year's biggest hits. Bill Skarsgard is also lucky he has It: Welcome to Derry coming on HBO MAX on 2025. The best time to go back to your most iconic role and a sure thing is after a flop. dudalb
Proyas has a point, but then when it comes to cynical cash grabs, I have to point at Poryas's 'I Robot" which butchured the Asimov Robot stories and turned them into a very cliched and medicore action thriller. Was very dissapointed, I was not expecting Proyas to sell out the way he did.
Krissykins
Seeing this later today. Going in with low expectations and zero attachment to the original, which I barely remember from back in the day.

I, Robot was supposedly pretty different from what Proyas intended and he hated the experience making it so much he sweared to never work with Tom Rothman and 20th Century Fox again, and even warned other filmmakers from doing so. His last film was 8 years ago and it was Gods of Egypt. people in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones! 😂
Krissykins
I thought this was entertaining. Interestingly, it’s the Crow stuff that lets it down, maybe it would’ve been best as a normal revenge flick. Bill Skarsgard is gorgeous, serious eye candy which might’ve helped distract from the clunky dialogue. 3/
