Hobbs & Shaw is a spin off of the FF universe the same way Bumbleee is - it's just spinning off a healthier one with stars . Rogue One was as much a part of the SW expanded universe as Solo. Wonder Woman is part of the DCEU and BP is part of the MCU - both introduced in previous films. King Kong & Godzilla and the monster universe does too count.
