I didn't remember that in the US you have that holidays...Spring Break is not a US "holiday", it's just a break period for schools mid semester. They get one in fall as well, "Fall Break" it's just no one goes out and parties so it gets glossed over.Businesses are all still open and unaffected, government ones as well.
