fmpro
Why is The Raven opening in so many screens?I was thinking the same thing
juni78ukr
Why is The Raven opening in so many screens? Actually the screen count for it might be much lower than in early report. Like 700-800 screens or so. Our local distributor believed that the movie could be at least a midlevel hit here. But now the distributor backed down a lot. The theaters also were not really impressed.

Fullbuster
Nice to know..So a 1000+ for Avengers is´ent that blockbuster like??If I remember well John Carter had 1250 prints, so it's very good, but "only" 720 for Battleship..The Avengers has the upper hand. Fullbuster
Ugly is a strong word IMOBut i wanted more edgy postersThey're not inspiring, mesmerising...I'm curious about the movie, the last trailer is impressive, but posters aren't innovative or state-of-the-art... Fullbuster
I think Titanic 3D can hold in Russia, to reach $15 million. In 1998 Titanic reached $4.7 million, so it's clearly impressive, and it's higher than France,Japan or Germany. Fullbuster
I agree...Anyway Russians don't care about this, John Carter's poster was just correct and it's the biggest success of 2012.
