Presales are practically non-existent here.... there is no LOTR legacy in India so it always had to attract crowd on its own strength.

I just found out I can either see it in IMAX 3D 48HFR or in 48HFR digital 3D OV in Vienna. The IMAX 48HFR is only offered in German. Luckily understand German, but I would have prefered to see in in Engish.
