zackzack
280 OS + 140 Dom. = 420 WW Fox breathes a sigh of relief. XMEN franchise is still on. Don't really like the movie though. Very generic. I wish somebody else out there who is as a strong a creative force as Nolan. What he did to the Batman movies Edited August 13, 2013 by zackzack

fmpro
I hope this gets a China release. That would make 300 mill OS possible.. (but not very realistic) 240 mill from current markets 40 mill from China 20 mill from japan To much?
Sam
I think 240M from current markets is a bit high.
Goffe
I think 240M from current markets is a bit high. No it's not. If TW drop between 45-50% from now on, it will finish with 238m Edited August 19, 2013 by Goffe
A Marvel Fanboy
No it's not. If TW drop between 45-50% from now on, it will finish with 238m The late, the steeper the drops will be. So, no 240M.
Sam
No it's not. If TW drop between 45-50% from now on, it will finish with 238mBut that's the thing, superhero movies especially don't usually keep dropping in that range. It's mostly 50-60%, in week 7 or 8 onwards, I noticed that it could drop even bigger.

Dilusha Bandara
300 OS won't happen, it'll be in the range of 275-280 OS.

The47th
Yeah, but it is not a very good sign for DoFP. It's not a bad sign either...this spin off has a good chance of becoming the highest-grossing entry of the franchise, even though it's been paying the sins of the earlier entries (Last Stand and Origins) in some of the main markets. First Class regained the prestige among fans and critics, The Wolverine brought back the money. Days of Future Past can only go up from there.
