The Creator
Post the name of your studio and include financial reports, Academy Award listings, etc. for your films. Mine: Golden Films President: Jerry Waters (Year 3-current) Studio logo: A golden torch that ignites to emit sparks and golden stars as it revolves within a golden-framed globe of the Earth Studio history: "Golden Films" opened its doors in Year 3 under the direction of Jerry Waters, a 42 year old Hollywood executive who used to do work in other studios, including owning part time shares in Arklight Productions and later serving as an assistant manager at Impact Studios for 2 years, before the opening of Golden in Year 3. The studio aims to "provide the world with golden pictures that will last a lifetime" and to "revolutionize the way the world sees films". So far, it has worked with producers on two films, but it has plans to expand over the next few years. Its first film was a huge success, which gives the studio room to improve in its next annual. Film history (by year): Year 3 Genesis: Black as Night: Year 4 War Code: Nirvana: GFI (Golden Films Inc.) President: Carl Waters (Year 4-current) "GFI" will open its doors in Year 4. The studio is an in-house sub-studio of "Golden Films" and all profits go to its parent studio. However, its focus will be entirely on animated pictures. It will release an annual animated picture. It is under the current management of Carl Waters, brother of studio owner Jerry Waters. More details will be provided as they come to light. CJohn
Just a bump for this thread not to get lost.I may give up in the future, but I am having a lot of fun. I hope this game continues to exist for the years to come. I mean, when I found Box Office Fantasy it immediatly started to have problems and ended in 3 months, I hope the same doesn't happen here. :mellow:Did ChD disappeared or what? The Creator
So I wonder which studios are the big guns, like WB and Paramount in real life. It would be interesting if someone would try to match all the players' studios with real life studios, so we could see which one is like the Paramount of the game, who is like the Universal, who is like Disney, etc.
CJohn
Creator, Numbers are two of the biggest. Probably Warner Bros and Disney of the real life. Spaghetti should be Sony, Paramount and Universal are for SilverShark and Andrew. Fox is for Blankments. I am Lionsgate and Alpha is Summit Edited November 25, 2012 by CJohn
