The Warner Bros. Thread | Will NOT merge with Paramount...capitalism is still terrible

Not so cool.

This will be a shit movie and bomb, just like the Wrath of Titans ... WB do these stuffs.

Wrath of the Titans didn't bomb, and Clash of the Titans most certainly did not bomb. There is a good reason why WB likes to do these types of movies- they usually hit.

Clash of the Titans breaking out due to post Avatar effect.

Nevertheless, both are shit films.

On the topic of WB's franchise situation at the moment. At the moment they have, The Hangover, Sherlock Holmes, The Hobbit, 300They also have Man of Steel trying to break out next summer, Pacific Rim should do very well and I see Arthur and Lancelot turning into something big for WB, Damn Potter has left a massive hole.

They also have Man of Steel trying to break out next summer, Pacific Rim should do very well and I see Arthur and Lancelot turning into something big for WB, Damn Potter has left a massive hole. Mad Max, Jupiter Ascending, Cicero, Caesar, The Lost Years of Merlin and The Chronicles of the Imaginarium Geographica just to name a few.

Potter can be replaced. WB has so many fantasy projects in the works that could hit HP numbers.

Yes but nothing that could extend 8 films, they'll find temporary replacements (franchises lasting 3-4 years) but losing the highest grossing franchise of all time would definitely be felt.

Didn't list them all, butThe Chronicles of the Imaginarium Geographica (7 books), more than 4 years as well as Merlin and others.
