Biggest actors of the 1990's

Now keep in mind their are more factors in this than just how many successful films so and so actor had. Certain actors got to work with certain directors (schwarzy with Cameron), also keep in mind the genre, some actors like Tom Hanks did a lot more dramatic work than someone like Schwarzy and also keep in mind the ratings. Did they mostly stare in R-rated movies or Pg-13 and Pg?So with all of that in mind who do you think was the biggest actor/biggest draw in the 90's?This is for domestic and international by the way.

Bigest star: Stallone (through entire 1980s) -Fort -(1980s - early 1990s) - Hanks (through entire 90s) - Cruise (Peak in early 2000s) - Smith (Peak around 2005) - Depp (Post POTC)

In 1990s it must be Hanks.

Others like Willis, Gibson, Arnold etc. never became the biggest.
